Once you receive it, visit https://www.justbloomco.com/bloomawards or click on the embedded event below. Complete all required fields on the registration form. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, vendors, attorneys, and service providers are welcome! Tickets are $300 per person. You can purchase a ticket at https://www.justbloomco.com/bloomawards or click on the embedded event below.

Many of our South Florida guests will be taking the Brightline train to the gala. To enter a drawing for free round-trip tickets from South Florida to Orlando, email teambloom@ommktg.com with "Brightline/Gala" in the subject line.

Nominations: Open to workers' compensation professionals nationwide. Anyone in the industry is welcome to nominate their peers. Nominations typically open in March and close in August.
Voting: Voting is exclusive to workers' compensation professionals.
Balanced Voting: Votes are regionally weighted to ensure fair representation.
Advisory Board Review: Our advisory board reviews the results for fairness but does not influence the final outcomes.
Winner Selection: Winners are chosen solely by industry votes—Bloom does not play a role in selecting the winners.
All current nominees, past nominees, and anyone in the workers' compensation industry are invited to attend! Our guests typically include risk managers, adjusters, case managers, and professionals from all areas of workers' compensation.
Tickets are $300, with a limited number of free tickets available for adjusters, case managers, risk managers, and claims professionals, courtesy of our sponsors.
If you’re bringing a guest (e.g., family, friend, spouse), here’s how to register them properly:
Guest's Name: Enter your guest's first and last name.
Email: You may enter their or your email to receive confirmation on behalf of your guest.
Company and Title: Use “N/A” for "Company" and "Your Name’s Guest" for "Title" (e.g., "Team Bloom’s Guest").
Review and Submit: Double-check all details before submitting. If the email address is misspelled, we can't correct it on our end, and the confirmation email (with the ticket) won't be delivered. To avoid needing to redo the registration, please review everything carefully before submitting.
Following these steps ensures your guest is properly registered, with updates sent directly to you. Workers' compensation colleagues need to fill out their own registration form.
