Since its founding in 2004 by her mother, Patricia Quinlan, QMM has been synonymous with quality, compassion, and excellence in medical case management. Patricia, a nursing veteran whose career began in catastrophic case management in 1979, built QMM with a clear purpose: to advocate for injured workers through expert care and unwavering integrity. With Claire at the helm, the company has grown its reach to more than twenty states and continues to be guided by the same principles of personalized care, clinical excellence, and inclusive support.

Behind the scenes, leaders like Wendy Licht, QMM’s Administrative Manager based in Wisconsin, and Barbara Brutus, the company’s long-standing Regional Supervisor, help keep the operation running with heart and precision. Wendy, a proud U.S. Veteran who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom, brings unmatched attention to detail to her role, while Barbara—known industry-wide for her ability to quickly assess and resolve even the most challenging situations—has been an integral part of QMM’s success for nearly two decades.
