The Certification Lab for Women in Work Comp is a space created to support the personal and professional growth of women across the workers’ compensation community. It’s part of The Orange Lab and builds on what BLOOM has always done best—bringing women together to learn, grow, and lead with confidence.

This lab offers structured courses and certification programs designed by the women in our own community. These are not one-time classes. They are deeper programs meant to build real skills and help women move forward—in their careers and in life.

Since 2020, BLOOM has hosted weekly masterclasses to open the door to new ideas, tools, and voices. The Certification Lab takes that to the next level by offering longer programs, certifications, and on-demand learning for women ready to keep growing.
